You can join a group and ask your questions or inquiries to the group, you will get lots of answers.

After approval of you AdSense application with your site put some ads using the HTML code, and keep updating your site / blog regularly and apply some SEO (search engine optimization) techniques. You need to do that to increase your PageRank and traffic of your site. Traffic is the main key to your online business, if you get more traffic more users will click on the ads and you will be able to earn more online revenue.

But if your application disapproved than you will lose a chance. Google disapprove a huge number of applications daily. If your site or blog does not maintain the criteria that Google looking for, it will not get approved. Don't worry! You can resubmit your application. But before resubmitting you applications for consideration try to make your site more Google friendly. Read their Terms and Privacy again. You can submit more than one site to get approval. If it is possible from Bangladesh they will send your money by WUMT. If you get 100 $ check the service charge of any bank in Bangladesh to make cash may be 60 - 80 $. So when you apply select the amount to send more than 500$, it looks better.

Before get started with any ad sites read their terms and policies. How they will pay you. Through Check, PayPal, direct transfer, moneybrookers or e-gold. For Bangladeshi some methods are not possible like PayPal.
